Jinan Transmission Factory takes the whole value chain management as the core, and builds the full chain operation mechanism of "market research and judgment - intelligent production scheduling - supply chain coordination". Through the three dimensions of order response, product upgrading and efficiency improvement, the business indicators from January to February have been red. Through the innovation of the "demand forecasting work method", the company accurately connected with 8 OEM factories, promoted the first month of orders to exceed 8,500 units, exceeded the scheduled target, and won the first month of the snake.

Implement the intelligent assembly line optimization and upgrading project, complete 12 process improvements, 5 equipment upgrades and 3 layout optimization, and promote the monthly production of integrated AMT up to 1,428 units. At the same time, with the advance resource reserve of order demand, we cooperated with 7 suppliers to build a JIS sequencing direct delivery system to achieve closed-loop control of production anomalies within 1 second alarm -3 seconds transmission -1 minute response -9 minutes. Through the three-stage capacity climbing planning model, we gradually achieved a step breakthrough in daily production capacity, laying a solid foundation for the company's output to reach a new high.

In the first quarter, Jinan Transmission Factory took "quality building" as the core topic, launched "zero defect" quality attack action, and created a collaborative governance model of "standard construction - process control - ecological optimization". In terms of cleanliness control, the whole chain improvement plan of "supply - logistics - production line" has been built, and 13 suppliers have been promoted to upgrade the protective packaging of 159 key components, and special remediation of the storage and transportation environment has been carried out jointly with third-party logistics. At the end of the production line, "grid improvement management" was implemented, the layout of the production unit was reconstructed, and the cleanliness operation instructions were compiled to form a "prevention-monitoring - improvement" quality protection network, and the overall improvement of cleanliness control and energy efficiency was realized.
